American Apparel officially in porn industry.
Thought i should take a moment to discuss American Apparel's current ad campaign featuring a number of real life porn stars. unless you think that photographs like this belong in mainstream, commercial marketing schemes for CLOTHES, you should probably boycott their goods. Seriously. the DIY amateur porn-style ads were bad enough, but now they've taken exploitation to a whole new level. not to mention the severe lack of clothing in the ad itself. don't mind my ranting...i just think that porn belongs in the porn industry and not on my "brandless" t-shirt.

Department of Eagles - In Ear Park
I had been meaning to listen to these guys for a while, they have been on my long list of new bands (I usually find out these bands from NPR's all songs considered. They sound a bunch of things so just listen and figure it out for yourself.
